2012 GCPA Press Institute

So, if you were at the general staff meeting Monday night then you heard our Adviser Macon McGinley announce the GCPA Press Institute. The date and the activities are listed below. As you can tell, it's going to be a learning-packed morning culminating in an awards ceremony.

The Colonnade has won General Excellence in its division for the past six years at the GCPA Press Institute. The paper has also won numerous other awards each year (that is where all the plaques that line the office's walls come from).

If you are interested in attending, please let either me, bobbi.otis@gmail.com, or our adviser, macon.mcginley@gcsu.edu, know. The Colonnade can probably pay your registration fee and we are going to be carpooling.

It's a great experience, so please consider attending to add to your knowledge base, to get to know the staff better and to see what you helped The Colonnade achieve in the past year.
